1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SpeedUpEnglish, operated by MOBILUCK CO.,LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our application.

2. Description of Service

SpeedUpEnglish provides an online 1-on-1 English learning platform, integrating live classes with foreign teachers and AI-assisted practice tools (AI Speaking, Dubbing, Singing, Homework Evaluation).

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (including OTPs and Google Account security).
• Each account is intended for personal use or for managing your own children's profiles. Account sharing with unverified third parties is prohibited.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Booking: Classes must be booked through our official dashboard based on available slots.
• Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule a class at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior will result in the forfeiture of that session.
• Teacher Absence: If a teacher is unavailable, your session will be fully refunded to your account wallet.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments for trial sessions and learning packages are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal). All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and technology within SpeedUpEnglish are the exclusive property of MOBILUCK CO.,LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

MOBILUCK CO.,LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to network issues, device incompatibilities, or third-party service failures.
